Virtual Tour Pricing

Each project is unique in terms of number of images required, amount of post-processing and client requirements. It's therefore difficult to provide a fixed price, however, for guideline purposes only, we have put together a list of estimated costs:

Realtor/Agent and For Sale By Owner Pricing

  • $175 Silver Plan - 1 high resolution 360 degree panoramic tours (6 high resolution still photographs)
    • Ideal for studio to a small three bedroom home (900-1500 square feet)
  • $230 Gold Plan -2 high resolution 360 degree panoramic tours (9 high resolution still photographs)
    • Ideal for large three bedroom or four bedroom home (1500-2200 square feet)
  • $265 Platinum Plan - 3 high resolution 360 degree panoramic tours (12 high resolution still photographs)
    • Ideal for four bedroom or property with many unique selling points/areas (2200 + square feet)
  • $50 Each Additional Fullscreen High Dynamic Range Virtual Tour above the Platinum plan

    • Tours will be uploaded for free to Realtor.com (if a Showcase Listing)
    • Typically 48 hour turn-a-round time, with Same Day Rush Job available at all times for 20% of total purchase.
    • All tours hosted on Bay Area Virtual Realty servers for 1 year (tours hosted outside of bayareavr.com are considered business tours)
    • Travel fee is $45/hour outside of the larger Bay Area plus price of transportation costs (airplane, parking, etc.

  • $450 Create a blog/site for your Business (includes domain name purchase, blog set-up, 12 months hosting, and 90 minute one-on-one consultation on how to manage your site/posts/blog)
  • $65/hour Graphic Design Rate (including web design)
